你可以在口语上再下功夫，考个相关的证书，参加英语演讲比赛并努力拿到奖。

还有，如果可以，去英语培训机构当当辅导班的老师，就有了相关的工作经验。无论如何，想当英语老师是要下大功夫的，因为英语专业的毕业生很多，并且无论是本科生还是研究生，大多数都只能去当老师，所以竞争压力很大！我是师范学校的学生，每次有单位来招聘英语教师，就看着排队排得好长，其他专业的都没英语的队伍庞大！
