一、小学英语面试流程?

一、上交个人物品

考生在进入考场前,需要出示自己的身份证和准考证,并将手机等电子设备交给考务老师封装到档案袋(或信封袋)。

二、进行抽题,确认签名

每个面试考点都设有抽题室,由考官从电脑题库中随机抽取一道题目,打印后考生需要签字;抽题结束之后,在老师的指引下去到备考教室。

三、备课20分钟

备课期间,针对所抽题目,进行本节课的教案设计和撰写,在最后留足3至5分钟心理预设一下本节课的教学活动。

四、试讲室:结构化问题-试讲-答辩

考生走到考官桌前,将身份证以及准考证交给考官,然后回到讲台前等待考官提问;向考官示意可以考试,主考官先宣读考场的流程安排。

1、结构化问题

此时,进入结构化问答环节,考官一般会一次性提出两个问题,考生需要记住这两个问题,并依次作答即可,如果考生记不住题目 ,可以向考官进行询问。结构化面试一般为5分钟

2、试讲

答辩接下来就进入试讲阶段,考生需要根据自己抽到的题目,再借助教案设计进行本节课的试讲(无生试讲),考生需要先向考官点名本节课的试讲题目。试讲总时间在10分钟;

3、答辩

考官会根据本节课的内容随机提出一两个问题,可能是与试讲内容有关的,也可能是无关的,从职业规划,生活中的经验等探讨对教育的看法,衡量你的教育热忱。考生只要随机应变,在5分钟内回答完毕即可。

教师资格证面试需要注意时间,没有计时器和记分员的;面试的时候教案不能拿着念,考完之后要交给考官;试讲的时间最好控制在8分钟的样子;考完切记擦干净黑板再离开。

✅小学英语教资面试流程及相关注意事项

一、备课(20分钟,全英写教案)

一般面试流程就是先进入一间等候室,按照名单序号等待抽题,抽完题后进入备课室,开始备课,考前一定要练习,总结模版。虽然考官不会对教案进行打分,但写好教案后,试讲时会更有底气,更自信,不慌乱,万一试讲忘了,有了教案可以提示自己。

二、教资面试分为三个部分,共20分钟(结构化问答5分钟+试讲10分钟十答辩5分钟)最最最重要的环节是试讲。

1、结构化问答: (中文作答2道题共5分钟)

考试经验:考官问一题答一题,先思考20到30秒,再回答。控制语速,声音洪亮,有条理。这个应变能力很强,开始会很紧张,稳住心态,不要慌。考前不用花太多时间在结构化上,可以看看往年的题,不同种类型的题自己总结一-个思路。回答结构化问题时要时刻记住你是老师,从老师角度去思考问题。总之,不要担心,这块儿即使回答的不好也没有关系,试讲才是最重要的。

2、试讲(全英,10分钟)在试讲环节,小学英语会考到的内容有听说会话、词汇句型、读写故事、练习、语音语调等。大家在设计课堂活动时基本会按照以下环节来:

  • warming up&leading in
  • Presentation
  • Practice
  • Consolidation
  • Summary
  • Homework

3、答辩(考官用英语问就英语回答,中文问就用中文答。一般是2道题5分钟)

答辩主要是根据你的试讲内容进行提问,比如:你的教学难点是什么?教学重点是什么?你的教学任务完成了吗?也有可能和教学内容无关。如果你觉得试讲中有什么不足的地方,可以利用答辩环节进行补救。总之,这个环节不用担心,因为最重要的试讲已结束,考官们心中都已经打完分数了。

✅关于试讲的的小技巧:

①试讲中要注意有和评委的眼神交流。评委看着你,你就勇敢地看回去,这样的话会让评委觉得你很有底气。

②试讲中要有手势。手该往上扬的时候、该往下压的时候都要有。不要整场把手背在后边或者手捏裤缝之类的。一定要大方得体。但是不要有过多手舞足蹈的手势。

③试讲中一定要有学生活动的教学设计,比如小组讨论、学生上台展示等等。现在都提倡把课堂还给学生,教师只是课堂的主导者,学生才是课堂的主体。不设计学生活动,你的试讲会丢很多分。

④试讲中一定要脱稿!如果全程念教案的话,估计过的可能性就很小了。偶尔想不起来的地方可以瞟一眼,但是绝对不能拿着教案念。

⑤板书设计一定注意字体的工整!另外就是千万不要写错单词!我有一个朋友,考小学语文面试的时候板书设计居然写错别字了,可想而知最后不能让她过了。

八、小学英语教资面试要全程英语吗?

不是要求全程英语。

教师资格面试小学英语试讲不是必须要求全英文教学的,但尽量用英文,是加分项。

  小学英语面试主要考查申请人的职业认知、心理素质、仪表仪态、言语表达、思维品质等教师基本素养和教学设计、教学实施、教学评价等教学基本技能。

  

九、小学英语教师面试需要全程说英语吗?

小学英语教师面试在试讲的时候不需要全程说英语的。

这个也要根据实际情况来定,你可以全程说英语,也可以中英结合,这样小学生理解起来会更容易一些,因为考试本身就是一次试讲的一个过程,不要让学生能听懂你讲的课才行,监考老师就是学生的角色。

十、怎么准备小学英语教师招聘面试?

出发前的准备很重要,一定要着装合体,不要穿着台前卫,毕竟教师这个职位还是要讲究矜持的。

2.在谈到面试,其实说起来,你面试的小学或中学教师的不同,准备也不同,说说小学英语教师——小学英语并不需要多高英语水平,更多的需要你的亲和力,所以不需要掌握太多英语面试技巧。

你如果能做好孩子王,相信你就一定能胜任这一职务。

如果你有幼教的基础,中标的可能性就会大大增加。如果没有,可以提前看一些少儿心理学的文章。

3.在见到面试官时要表现的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太嚣张,给人留下稳重的印象。

4.试讲时要首先把自己的试讲材料分发给各位考官。

5. 讲课时的音量特别重要,而且要有板书,然后就是注意设计的跟学生互动的环节。

麻雀虽小但五脏俱全,所以板书就是你的教课大纲,是有始有终的,最后别忘了布置作业。

6.试讲完成以后还会有提问基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的课程的,教学侧重点应该在哪里,如果学生出现了这样或那样的问题你该如何等等。
